lol yea i’m still here, check in every now and then.. last 2 chapters i kinda didn’t like.. too much stuff happenin in a single page if u know wat i mean… now dat i think back, there were like no frames, just pages wit 1 pic
yeah I see what you meen, Arua. That is probably what took so much time for Miura. He kept drawing intensly detailed huge single panels for the pages. If her would have chope dit up it probably would have left him more room to add more plot development and saved him time.
yea i hope he does that for the next chapter which comes out in a week ^^

well put. Time off from work or school is a slice of paradise. Unless you like your job. And as we can see, Miura likes to take loooong breaks from his job. Does he like it? love it? hate it? Does he have a job at this point? is it just a bunch of lying around and waiting for the last minute to draw Berserk up?
I like to think he’s laboring over character designs for Elfhelm. These aren’t just characters he draws up on a whim, he puts them together carefully I think.
just curious, does Miura like to take a lot of time drawing character designs for every new village or saga we get to? i wasn’t reading berserk from the very beginning, prolly wasn’t even born back then xD but did he like always have these long delays before the start of a new saga or w/e?
Well i remember being a huge berserk Fan right from the start and I don’t even remember chapters comming out this slow. It used to be a good speed of probably two or three chapters a month without exceptions.
Maybe Miura didn’t even plan this out. He might just be doin it live. which is why he needs to do character plans and town layouts.
i hope not…he deserves the time he needs to put out quality manga

oh sorry i meant i hope Miura isnt just doing Berserk live like you said. I wouldnt want him to be pressured by young animal to put out a chapter on schedule at the cost of the quality of the story
