Berserk 20th Anniversary
So yeah, 20 years... and still going. Miura seems to be a real marathon man when it comes to Berserk. He sets his own pace which is frustrating to some, unimportant to others, but hard not to notice. Whether it takes another 20 years or not, I'll be reading it until the end.
Ok, so... when it comes to Berserk for the next 20 years I would like to see the following (and everyone is encouraged to participate or make their own lists):
- An updated animated series or movie(s)
- Fancy large scale manga reprints (like 8.5 x 11 inches)
- A couple of video games... hack'n'slash and fighting would both work, but would not complain over a dating sim.
- More affordable collectibles like figures (I noticed these recently and ordered some)
- And finally... more great Berserk - possibly an ending.
The release of volume 34 seems to be part of their 20th anniversary celebration. Maybe someone with Japanese language skills can let us know what it says: http://www.younganimal.com/berserk/34/

I wouldn't mind fresh new prints for purchase, as well as a new game. Also, those collectibles you posted... They're so awesome, haha. I'll try and look into getting them too.

my heart skipped a beat when i saw that the main page had changed! buy yeah, this is a nice update. thanx. the print previews are just awesome. already got the movie. now if i can just contain myself until a proper scanlation of 307 comes out, i'll be all set ^_^

Those aren't scans, and there is some narration.
I'll love to see:
1. The updated anime series (similar to what Hellsing Ultimate Ovas are, but not so far apart released).
2. I'd love to see more into the part of the story on Gutz side. (I'm not a big fan of Griphit). I especially like to see more into the dog demon part.
3. A good video game with English tranlation. That follows the manga story and not just add a new thing with the berserk name in it to get costumers.

and as far as the anime some ting along the lines of hellsing ultimate OVA's would be really nice and as for the games something along the lines of "Devil may cry 4" as far as the level cuality and "naruto ultimate storm" as far as the battle sequences would be awesome!!!!!!//Berserk rules!!!!
My fear is if he dies before the end of the manga
shhhhh! don't bring that into existence! lol i'm sometimes frustrated by the long breaks but i keep in mind that he's doing the art and the story himself and that it's the best manga i've ever read when both those categories are considered. idk about the leak and whether it's real or not. i've tried not to look at anyone's comments for fear of spoilers. i'll probably just keep checking this site every 2 hours (lol)until e_g comes out with a release.
This is my first comment here, so first I want to say thank you for making such a great Berserk fan site. I would like to see Miura walking in his friend's lab when suddenly a bunch of chemicals foll on him, making him Super Miura. He then starts to consider his options: to go use his powers for good; to use them for evil; or... to first finish the Berserk series (which he naturally chooses). With his superhuman speed, power and ability to draw really really fast he continues making great Berserk manga, but even alone manages to release it every week. After the end of the series he notices that all the Berserk fans want to see the manga animated. So he uses his hypnotic gaze to manipulate people into making an awesome anime, with no censure, no cutouts. no changes to the storyline, no fillers and with weekly releases. After seeing it all through to the end Super Miura decides that he isn't interested in saving the world or in destroying it, so he settles down and continues making many more great manga series for all of his fans to enjoy.
Ill read berserk all the way until the end. No matter how long it takes for it to reach the end. On the day the final chapter is released, ill smile and celebrate and then read it all over again.
