I understand that this conversation is almost a year old now but the fact is everyone here has validated this individual for his initive. That is fair and I agree with it. But you have put down people who had seen this coming. That all the praise he was given would stop his drive to improve the game. So we are now given a game that could be updated and the issues that are there could be removed or mitigated. Instead we are told "Too bad you all suck if you dont like it. It was my first game get over it." This is the attitude I expect from my 1 1/2 year old.

As I have said I did not play the game. I do not have anything "good" to say. But if I am going to be insulted by the creater not even willing to improve. Why should I?

Please if you can acknowlege the fact that the mapping could be improved, then do so.
"this was my first game, so my mapping sucked." This statment proves you know that the mapping can be improved.

Before anyone starts in on me for being an asshole or a jackass or a douch or anything else. Think about what I have said. I have not said I will not play the game based on it having issues. I am saying that I have standards that are not being met. You would not go out and buy a 16bit game to play on the XBox 360, or the PS3. That is all I am asking for. As your skill increases your games should reflect that. As I said earlyer, this game is on the front of this page. Please have some respect for the people that are going to play this game and put in the effort to change from a nice first attempt to something that you can be proud of and maybe put on a game site like Kongregate. Murdok got in there and from the sound of it you could get Breserk in there too maybe. It is all about effort.

In summery, if you want more people to play make an effort to clean up your game. When some one "attacks" your skills. Improve those skills update it and challange them to try it again. Every "attack" on you is just a challange to improve yourself. If you dont want to improve then just ignore thies people (myself included).

As for everyone else. I expect only two people to reply to this. The creater of the game carlos to see if he is willing to rise to the challenge. Or the owner of the site to tell me I am out of line (although I would prefer if he validates my point lol). I have made this post because I was insulted by the creaters lack of care for me, the player. Carlos submited this game to be enjoyed by Breserk fans, but then did no fallow through. That is was is angering me.

Then I played the game.

Beside the game introduction (which alone is very impressive) unfortunately this will struggle to impress even die hard fans of the classic anime/manga.

The game contains very poor mapping and dialogue which does not make this easy to play. If more care were to be added to this project it would show a lot more promise.
